I concentrated on the Mediterranean and archipelago delicacies:

Italian antipasta: Serrano ham,
Citrus marinated squid, 
Roulades from Greece, 
Grilled mint flavoured red peppers,
Herb marinated feta cheese
and Caviar herring.
