To make your own CD Labels
is not so difficult if you have the right software and a good applicator. But to find the label sheets that are included in the software templates is not always so easy.
Here a few viewpoints of what is available from the Finnish market and what you have to buy to get best results:
SureThing CD Labeler  (€29 from UK)  is probably the best software especially if you upgrade to DeLuxe Edition (download €16) The applicator in this box is a cheap model. SureThing has better applicators but only for sale in US. So you need a good applicator. The best I found in Finland was PressIt! But you had to buy the complete box -   €22, a good buy though, it contained not only the applicator but 40 labels and a software I did not need.
Some applicators: Avery’s  is a small button only, Neato’s and PressIt’s  applicators are more advanced.

Finally you have to find CD labels that have templates included in the software you use. This is the worst task:
SureThing labels obviously not imported. Avery labels of the type templated are not available so you can forget them here. Neato labels you can find but the price is high. HP labels are expensive and the old 2up not found, and price is generally high. So far I found PressIt 2up A4 the best buy from Ottinetti Shop and good quality labels from Timenco if you can manage the page set up for new label stock in the software.
