| We were self-supporting with most of the products:
Potatoes,onions, garlic, vegetables, herbs, cucumber, tomatoes, beans, cabbage, lettuce and carrots. In earlier years, between 1970 and 1985, we kept a livestock of hen, sheep, a bull calf, pigs, rabbits and turkeys thus producing our own meat.

Summertime we earlier escaped to Korpo island in SouthWestern archipelago We enjoyed visiting our summerhouse for almost 15 years  ...
As from 2001 we did not visit our summerhouse too often and in May 2003 it was sold. That ended our odyssée in the Western Archipelago! |
